The best aspect of this purchase was the customer service I received from Kevin. The order has not yet come but he has kept me updated and worked with me as we needed to change venues where it will be shipped due to the delay. These inconveniences could have made for a bad experience but having a skilled representative who was responsive and respectful has made all the difference.
