I had been shopping for barstools for about a month and finally narrowed down my selection to five. I called the Bar Stool Store to check color options on a stool that I found. Kevin answered and was delightful. Unfortunately, the stool I wanted did not come in the color I selected. However, Kevin took the initiative and emailed me several other options; I ended up buying one of those! Not only was he knowledgeable about the products he had fabulous customer service.
