Initially I had some questions and saw from the site's "reviews" that someone by the name of Kevin was well-liked by many customers. When I called, I, too, was fortunate to speak to Kevin who promptly answered all my questions. After I placed the order, I had an additional question or two and Kevin was just as responsive, professional and extremely courteous. Prices on this site were competitive with those on other sites. The product was not immediately available, but was shipped within a week, as was indicated it would be. Great experience all-around.
