My experience has been nothing short than stellar. Kevin Painchaud was my sales contact and accommodated a special request with no additional cost to any parties. Kevin took the time to contact the manufacturer to obtain information about a change request to the original order. The change request was implemented less than a day after the initial order was placed. Without Kevin's interaction with the manufacturer, this would have not happened. It is a rarity in these times to run across a person and a company that goes out of their way to please the consumer.
