Spent a lot of money which turns out to have been unnecessary, had I simply been advised not to leave the computer on for hours but to turn it off when not being used. I could not access my email, either to send or receive. The software appeared to have been messed up . Your technician spent ages going through the machine, and told me the fault was a virus. As soon as I finished with him the email software jammed again, so It wasn’t a virus in the first place. I was misled. Once I started turning off the computer I have had no problem.
