Terrible, terrible, terrible! Not able to access service. Put on hold for an hour. During this wait time, I had to identify at least 20 pictures to prove that I was not a robot. Though I have a License Key, I never spoke to a real person, except on one occasion. However, our session was cut short before the problem was resolved, and I was not able to reach her again. While I was on hold, waiting for service, over & over, I was referred back to the original screen and encouraged to pay again for the plan that I already have, & that was already paid. The one person that I succeeded in reaching was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. However our session was prematurely cut short before the problem was resolved, and I was not able to reconnect with her, or any other "real person" again. Overall, Restoro has been a waste of my money, my time, and of my expectations for help. I do not know why such a reputable company as HP would partner with such an organization I would thus appreciate a refund. Thank You.
