Both the original answer person and the technician seemed very capable and prompt in their responses and in their repair of my computer. I did, however, feel quite pressured to purchase the additional package, when my impression of the website was that the issue would be taken care of without spending an additional $300. However, rest assured that I will take advantage of the RESTORO technicians over the next year -- I want my monies worth! Thank you.
