The techs are excellent and I give them 5 stars. The process to talk to someone is extremely frustrating. I have never been able to get someone on the phone. I've left numerous messages and don"t get return calls. The live chat is what worked best and finally resolved my issue at least for the time being. The same issue was resolved last week but only lasted several days. Today I'm told it should be fixed for good. I guess time will tell. I hope it works for the $500 3-year plan I purchased. Again techs were great!
