It is described the product is a free trial and after installation, it pops up a request for a license key, that has to be purchased.
However, after the purchase and running Restoro it doesn't make any difference with my device, still was the same. I tried to run it several times and some of the loadings say can be run only in Safe mode, other time is not requesting Safe mode, in some moments works until some point and stops running. It is offered with the purchase a free manual repair but once i contacted the support team i was told i have issues with my laptop that the software can't repair and need to be done by technician firs, wasn't mentioned and offered to me the free manual repair support but to bring it to a local shop or to pay for 1 year £300 for service that was ok to be done same moment i spoke on the phone. I literally explained that i know about issues with my laptop, not awarded deeply if any malicious or viruses, even i had my internet security software and ranrun it often, why i want it to try Restoro , as it seems to be exactly what i needed and is described, expected to remove all the unwanted threats and fix it as it is described, without any excluding in or out of the system.
I haven't received the expected support about the Restoro, but things went further as i downloaded the VPN on offer for £13.99 and later on i realized i was charged £14.24 excluding VAT. The issue with VPN purchase is not only charging different prices from the exposed one, but it does not come to any notification the transaction is successful, but only reload of the site and i told is not purchased, so i realized was billed 3 times. Within 15 mins It didn't come to my email with any activation information and link at all that i can activate my VPN, as it says in the email, but only receive with the payment. I did ask the guy to support me with that, but he said he can, but is not point to activate the VPN before repairing my device, and again he starts telling me the offer of £300 for 1 year of technician support.
I spoke again to the customer service supervisor about the full refund for the VPN, which i still not having access and for the Restoro that is not what is described, as i'm not willing to pay and use a product that doesn't do its work. I'm really frustrated about all this complicated process and the time i have to spend on emails and phone calls.
