Confusion in what product I received for purchase. Original purchase was for $59.95. Then to get what I thought I got for the original purchase, cost an additional $500. Finally ironed it out and I thought I was getting virus protection for the three years I paid for with the other tech support but I am only getting one year included. Other than that my computer is working much faster and better. So what they do for the money is worth it if you ever get any problems or issues on your system. The printer is also included. Included were three licenses as well so It covers all of my multi-media equipment at this point for the cost. So at the end of the day, except for not getting the McAfee for the three years, I am happy. This really upset me though everything wasn't covered for three years. So now I have to pay for McAfee ($50+-) for the two additional years that I have this other service. The people that helped me were helpful. Sometimes, I had some difficulty understanding what they were saying. I was happy with the end result. At this time with such a short time of current service, I would recommend them. I will have to add to this survey when I've had the program longer.
