Arjay was very patient and helpful, and the main issues I had were resolved. However, I had to call my son and keep him on the phone while I was trying to resolve the printer issue because I didn't know what to do without his help. I thought since your company was controlling my computer, that they would know what to do. I had already tried everything myself that they asked me to do before I called them, so I had to get my son on the phone who knows more about computers than I do to help me understand what they wanted.
