The issues on my computer were fixed in an effective manner. There seemed to be good reassurance procedures that the firm was genuine and not some sort of a scam.
The initial blurb for downloading RESTORO seemed to suggest that it would fix my Microsoft Office problems. It didn't. it only fixed Windows and then I had to pay extra (in my opinion much too much extra) to cure the Office problems. I hope the final outcome was worth it.
