Restoro does a very good job but sometimes has not been able to keep appts on time and is hard to reach a tech because they are very busy. Once you reach a tech they try to fix problems if possible. Tech Cindy did great job of restoring all of my files etc, and Randy followed up with call to vfy if satisfied and make adjustments. It is a good service but very busy.
