Randy called me this AM to vfy if my PC was running ok, he fixed some minor issues, explained why Microsoft updates not downloading (due to Microsoft no longer supporting version 1909 in my 3 yr old PC) and made a follow up appt. The techs patiently try to resolve problems but are very busy. In the future, I will go to the website and make an appt because the ph #s are very busy. Restoro is a good technical support service.
