I purchased the $27.95 plan, to provide a clean up and fix of current issues, such as slowness, computer not holding a charge, and after running Restoro it still did nothing, my computer is exactly the same. When I spoke to a rep, he said it was a 1 time purchase so if it does not work there is nothing they can do. Waste of money!
