Called to activate, no big deal, expected a code or something, but they need remote access, does not work well. Plus my phone service is bad and my internet speed is slow. Remote access did not go well, very laggy. Got mad because I just wanted to activate it and not spend another $199 for the bronze plan. The program seems to be fine, seems like it helped stop the random freezing already. My only problem. Not sure why the bronze plan was needed. Would have gave it more stars if the tech support did not get so angry while activating the software. Will NEVER call back or try to contact again. Sorry for wasting your time buying this program. Would not have bought.
