I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with support. I was told that the Open GL 2.0 driver issue was taken care of, and spent another bit of time while while support tried to talk me into purchasing more protection. When we got off the call I rebooted the system and found that I still had the original Open GL2.0 issue. What I needed was not taken care of and now I am being told that I will have to wait for as much as 72 hours to get an email on a refund.
