Restoro charged my brother $500 for the 24/7 computer service repair and maintenance that includes paid Anti virus software and a VPN connection for 2 years in March. In July my brother passed away and has refused to issue any credit to his estate for the remaining 1 1/2 years lefts on his contract. It took me 20 min to get to someone who could even answer my questions on the phone. This is despicable that even death doesn’t warrant a reasonable credit.
