I signed up to have my computer fixed so I could install a printer. The DLL system was not allowing me. After all that time on the computer with the customer service person, they said they could not fix what was wrong, that I needed more technical support. So it cost me WAY more than the original price to have a technician "fix" all the problems. The only difference I see now is that I have McAfee installed and my printer works. Was it worth it? Not sure. The technician installed McAfee but informed me I need another software install to prevent hackers. More money. I probably should have gone ahead and just purchased a new computer and had all this set up at the store. Too late now. I'll see how this goes for the next year, supposedly.
