I am surprised at all the stunning reviews. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this program to anyone. My computer was working but I lost a file that I had been working on for a long time and wanted to see if they could find it. I paid for the program but could not understand how it worked. I called and spoke with Robin. He spent over an hour and got inside my computer, supposedly to help me. He told me that my computer was a mess and told me I had to pay an additional fee to get it working. When I refused to pay a further fee, he told me I would be very sorry as no other person would be able to assist me. I hung up and my computer never worked again. I did get a refund which told me that they were guilty of the crime. I still have a computer that will do very little. Today I spoke with a professional and he advised that they could still get into my computer and put on dangerous files. Imagine my surprised when I read all the reviews with raving reviews. Was I the only person with a bad experience? I really don’t believe this, I feel it was a scam trying to get old people to fall for their demands.
