My experience with RESTORO was terrible. The Tech I spoke with name is Jeffrey. His English was not so good and he spoke really fast so he was hard to understand. I purchased the Premium Package which was $46.25 total, at least that's what I thought, I had to call a number to get the key code. When I made contact with Jeffery he explained to me that he had to do a scan of my computer. I was not on board with that and I asked him for the key code for the package that I purchased specifically. He refused to provide the key and stated I didn't need it because if and when I log in the system it would be there automatically. He said the scan was necessary to determine if in fact RESTORO could fix my problem. Against my better judgment I allowed him remote access to my computer and he began his scam I mean scan. When the scan was complete about 8-10 minutes later he began to explain all these things that were infected, out of date, files that were missing, files that were corrupt and files that were lost. I asked him if RESTORO would help me load a driver for a scanner I was trying to use and he answered no, because it was from a third party. At that point I was finished and told him I wanted a refund since I expected RESTORO to fix my issue, which it stated it could do and guaranteed it could do. So Jeffery went into the salesman mode and continued to try to sell me his product over and over and over, until it was annoying. Finally after about 15 minutes he realized that I was not going to buy his products so we hung up. Later that day when I went to use my computer I restarted it and it done absolutely nothing. Once the monitor started up that was it, nothing else. RESTORO the company had crashed my computer intentionally because I didn't and wouldn't buy their products. Unprofessional and low don dirty. I wouldn't indorse this product if they paid me.
