I charged a cr card for a subscription.
The license IDs were sent but before I could even read them, the page disappeared. I did not know how to retrieve the page. I could not find a telephone number so I sent a request to SUPPORT to resend the information.
No response.
But the promo keeps popping up on my screen - incessantly.
