I am not happy with your service!!
The issue I had was startup and shutdown. I tried to tell everyone what the problem was, but I got the feeling they were not listening to me. They concentrated only on a slow computer problem.
The other issue was too many reps were involved. Each time I was contacted a different person called. No communication between reps was apparent. As an example, they reloaded Windows 10 twice, even though I told them it had been done once.
I went online myself and figured out what was wrong and fixed it.
I must say, each representative worked very hard at trying to solve my problems, but by not listening to me, they were trying to solve the wrong problem.
