I spent at least 16 hours of my time over 4 or 5 days and they did not resolve my issue. I was connected to a number of tech who were very hard to understand and the last one was really hard, and his kids were screaming in the background and I could not focus , besides he called me at 10 P.M. when I was sleeping but was supposed to call me at 10 A.M. ! No one ever called me again ! I have been calling Restoro for over a week leaving my name and number because they were too busy to answer my call and they again never called me back. I feel I have not received very good service from your company and feel I have been cheated out of my $265 . I am not sure where I should go with my complaints, my American Express and see what they can do or the BBB. Please respond
