The process of setting up the account went well until I had to write a review at the end. The process of sending the review went fine until it came time to get a code to send the review. I entered the number received in an email which was not accepted. I did this 12 or 13 times and none were accepted, requiring another code sent to me which I entered and it was not accepted, etc, etc. At that point I called customer support who sent me this email. I am using Firefox and do not have a Google account. I do not know if that was the problem. While I was setting up the account with your customer service, I had no issue with any with the personnel.
