I had a broken day of schedules, but Restoro operator took the trouble to call back at my convenience. They confirmed my allegation that the internet provider was operating at an impossibly slow speed which now at my intervention has been remedied. They have provided me with a new antivirus program which hopefully will prevent popups and other virus intrusions. All up a job well done and I thank them for their patience.
