I was under the impression that a one year policy would resolve all of the problems. In reality it only fixes problems with windows. To fix internal computer problems requires additional costs or up sales. I chose the additional costs, because It was impossible to operate the computer.
The problems were resolved to my satisfaction and the technicians we patient and pleasant. I would suggest that Restoro is more open about what it covers in their web site.
