Terrible customer services on the phone and access to my computer: The 1st one was unprofessional, using degrading and humiliating tones to talk to the customer. I had to call back but the 2nd representative was no better either. She kept putting me on hold while doing her own things at the same time. When I asked her what she was doing on my computer, she said she had to consult with the technical team. I asked what was it. She lied to me and said that she wanted to see if the Restoro program was compatible with my computer. I said my computer is Window 10. What compatibility were you talking about. Then she realized she couldn't fool me. After that, she deleted the scanning in my computer, which had already initiated for an hour. She just deleted without asking me. When I confronted her, she began defensive and said she had to cancel the agreement. I wonder do these customer service representatives know what they are doing. Have they been trained? Will the manager look into these matters?
