The technicians were very helpful in that the problems, and there were several, are fixed. It's just that I've had at least four occasions to call to correct problems AFTER I subscribed. And the repairs lasted a long time until I finally was referred to a senior tech who resolved issues rather quickly compared to the hours I spent previous occasions. Then, I got this weird charge or bill from a company called Paddle.com that came out of nowhere right after I subscribed to Restoro; had to track down their info and they said Restoro uses their services. WHAT??? Don't recall Restoro ever mentioning a company called Paddle, and why are they charging me??? Anyway, I do appreciate that my laptop problems were finally resolved. THANK YOU ESPECIALLY TO THE SENIOR TECH who tied up loose ends. Also, the subscription is kind of expensive, especially if you don't run into problems....
