I installed and ran Restoro, afterwhich I decided to purchase a one-time use for $20 some dollars. I was instructed to call a 1-888 number to activate my product. I called the number, four times. Each time, before I could complete my activation I would get disconnected. When I commented to one of the "Specialist" that Restoro must be a penny outfit because their phone system kept disconnecting, I was advised that Restoro was a Billion dollar business and than I was promptly disconnected again. When the "Specialist" called me back, I advised her to cancel my subscription because I did not want to do business with a company that can't even manage their phone system. They are obviously not a Billion Dollar Business! Who wants to do business with a company that requires you to call them to activate your installation? Every time I purchase software, I receive an activation code which I use to Activate my product. Can anything be simpler than that? Why require a person to call a live agent that can't even stay on the line? Why use this arduous process. This is obviously a company to avoid.
