$599,00 seems like a lot of money at first but considering the IT support I will get over the next three years, plus the VPN and a year of MacAfee, it's a pretty good deal. NIce that a tech was able to jump right on my computer and get it cleanup up as soon as I subscribed. Can't comment yet on future customer service, returns or refunds. Hope comments are good, none, and none needed, in that order.
