Contacted them to register their software, persuaded me to go for a cover for 3 years repairs which could be done remotely. I let them control my laptop for a couple of hours and they said the problems were fixed and asked me to confirm, as the fault was intermittent I couldn't actually do that. Anyway 2 days later my machine froze and I couldn't do anything on it. I reported this online and a day later had an email acknowledgement. However that was two weeks ago so I'm now trying to get my money back. Rubbish firm.
