Initially I was impressed with the information I received. After a few encounters I received from responses to email. At one point I gave up on Restoro completely. Had I initiated earlier I would have asked for a refund and/or requested stop payment on the fiasco that was to me a train wreck.
I was able to contact a local computer repair who had my computer repaired and working as if I had just purchased the computer.
A dissatisfied Restoro owner.
