and Raymond explained what they were doing and why, so I was able to increase my understanding.
The only thing I mark them down on is the policy of quoting a price and then when accepted adding VAT at point of sale.
Apart from being aware of this, I have no hesitation in saying this is a very valuable tool to have the use off.
