I was helped remotely one month ago. I was persuaded to get a "discount" for $300 plus tax for a year's service. I realize I don't want to have one year's service and I just wanted to be billed for the time spent remotely on my computer. That only should have been $100. Nevertheless, I am only getting a partial refund. When I was asking for the refund, the person kept trying to get me to accept less and he kept talking and talking. Very frustrating. The company cares more about making money than they do about taking care of their clients.
