The service and technicians Erlyn and Paolo were great! The only negative was the pricing. It feels shifty to order one thing because that's what you can afford, then be told that you need to pay more to really have it fixed but then have to pay even more to really protect yourself. I very much appreciated the willingness to reduce the price a little since the first payment seemed to vanish into thin air.
