Help line could not understand why and how I had got to your software while changing my T-mobile password and that i was purchasing your software using your number to activate my restore purchase. I was now using my cell phone to activate the software. He was too confuse to continue so i requested to have my paypal purchase cancelled. If i had this hassle now i did not want to have a problem in the future and go thru a similiar hassle.
