I purchased the software and was told I'd receive the license key in an e-mail shortly after my purchase. I purchased that software last week but I don't have access to use it. I sent many notices that I haven't received a reply not one reply. I even told them I was going to the BBB. I've put in for a refund as well. They certainly haven't treated me with any kind of respect. I told them I needed to fix my computer ASAP because I am taking a course online and there's a problem I'm having and I wanted to see if Restoro could correct it. I am so extremely disappointed with Restoro and their lack of service. I'd give them a Zero rating if I could!!!!
