I am very disappointed in Gerald C. During the session as he had told me I did not need to sit by the computer the entire 2 to 3 hours I was just checking in every little while. At one point I returned to check the session and Gerald had walked away and I was not able to contact him for 50 minutes. I had to re-call the 800 number, talk to another tech and leave a message for Gerald to get back on. As he had left the session ran long and I had to leave for another appt. I was not home at the end and Gerald made an appt with me to be back at the computer the next day at 11 AM eastern time to explain and finish up. Gerald did not call me until 12 noon the next day and again I had to leave at 11:30 AM so I was not at home. I do not believe Gerald was concerned with my computer issues or he would not have stopped in the middle ( I was told he went on break when he walked away from the session). Gerald definitely showed a lack of concern when he failed to make the 11 AM appointment and did not call until 12 noon an hour late. Due to the poor service, I wanted to print the chat but somehow Gerald deleted it. If this is the quality of service that Restoro has I will have to consider very strongly not to renew my subscription at the appropriate time.
