I was told to get my PPT files fixed I would have to get a shop that could take in my computer to fix it at a high dollar price. When I mentioned that I knew about software tjatdoes designed to fix many file types then offers wre lowered a couple of times so you could do the job with softwre instead of by an individual. I ended up having to pay a lot more than I should have. Not happy and would like some refund because we are only living on Social security.
