I am pleased that this did not take as long as I thought. My sound has been restored and my computer is not as slow. Paulo suggested that I have Cyberghost installed on my computer but I have had other services like this before and have been disatisfied with this. It not only kept my identity safe but kept me from my sites that I visited as well. So that was not what I wanted as I check in with my bank and credit cards to track transactions. If my computer is not recognized I cannot get into my sites to do anything.
