I had to call Restoro because the scheduled appointment they set up did not show the incoming number, so, as is my habit, if I do not recognize the number I do not answer. On my call I spoke to a rep who gather the necessary information then connected me to the tech who did the scan and clean-up that created the need for the return call and he corrected the issue. He reassured me that this would not be an ongoing issue.
