The service was very efficient though the initial contact was a little repetitive and slow in getting to the root of my problem. however, once identified it was very promptly and efficiently cured. Like all commercially-aware organisations there is some pressure to upgrade to higher-priced services, but my rebuttals were graciously accepted!
