Your technicians are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and patience while working with me. They have fixed my computer every time I was able have one assigned to work with me.
The only complaint I have ever had is not answering my call for help or not returning my call.
Many times I have called and gave my name and phone number for help and received no response. Once I was told that I would receive a call within an hour. I waited for two days before calling again.
