In a nutshell: Restoro did not fix Windows 10 Pro issue and directions provided by tech support did not work either. I found a technician online who provided 5 step fix that worked like a charm .. PC is now working as it should. I requested refund on the second day after purchase and now they are telling me that a refund will be processed within 2 billing cycles. This has been a disappointing experience.
