Pros:
Convenience of service
-I did not have to take my computer in to a brick and mortar/ computer was fixed remotely.
-Computer was fixed within hours versus days.
Technicians were patient and professional
Cons:
I would have preferred a more direct approach when the initial technician realized I would need to spend money to repair my computer. The problem could have been resolved in 20 mins instead of her taking over an hour on the phone explaining why she didnt have the ability to fix the problem herself.
