did help some with speed of computer, but created new problem where i have to manually turn computer off and back on to acess it. have reported numerous times and had numerous techs work on problem. all try to be very helpful. some of them are difficult for me to understand because of their accents but didn't seem to mind repeating until i understood. think it is best to cancel your service and have you remove it from my computer. have put in a request for this and a refund of the $500.00 and the $30.19 subscription fee twice. have yet to hear from you.
