It was difficult to communicate with the person who did the first part of the repair. She was frustrated with the questions I asked. She also wasn't all that good at listening.
The Service Engineer did an acceptable job. The computer speed was somewhat faster, but not a lot. That could be because the laptop is 9.5 years old. All in all, I don't know if I will use this company in the future.
