Your staff is very polite. The reason I have rated you so low is that after 3 attempts to fix a problem it is still not fixed. Each tech I have had assures me it is done this time and yet it is not. I just called again to try another time but everyone is busy so I am waiting to be called back. I hope very much that this time the problem is fixed. What is your refund policy? I am ready to get rid of your service since it is not doing what it said it would.
