Why does one contact an organization like Restoro as they have a problem. Restoro gets one in and sign up. There is NO paper trail and all by phone and chat. Emails questions are NEVER answered and the replies only brings more questions and again NO answers. Once you have signed up and paid money one is told that your problem is a different part of the organization and you need to pay more money to talk with them to supposedly fix your problem. Restoro is typical of businesses today, your problem you fix it. Restoro cannot understand that the average you and me cannot go into a computer to do this and that. Restoro can talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. A point to watch out for is that there appears to be no record of the problem to commenced communicating with them and no paper trail and after sixty days your time is up, no problem fixed unless you pay more money. Does not one hear this all the time now Even if desperate give this company a wide berth as they will take your money and fix nothing unless you pay more The questions asked below again highlight a major problem as there is more than one answer to the questions. Yes, live chat, yes email and yes telephone when one tries to phone The company replies to your queries BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVED but if you pay more money??????? Customer Services has been trained well. Don't answer questions and good at deflecting causes and problems and making you do the work
